TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Tyler police confirm that they have taken into custody the final suspect in the Tyler motel murder that occurred Saturday morning, June 15, 2013.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing heavy police activity at America's Best Value Inn near Winona at the Highway 155 exit off of Interstate 20 in northern Smith County. The activity, police say, was their officers, who had discovered Browning's location, and were moving in to arrest him.

Brown was the last suspect arrested for the murder of 26-year-old Wesley Scott Lester, of Tyler, at American Inn Motel.

When officers arrived at the motel after a call on June 15 around 7:00 a.m., they said they found a white male dead inside one of the rooms. According to police, the crime occurred just after 4:30 a.m. on Saturday at the motel, which is located at 1800 W. Erwin St. Investigators believe that Lester was involved in a drug deal in his motel room before he was killed by the suspects.

A release from Tyler Police said, "Michael Tekielleon Browning,B/M, 09/30/1978, of Tyler, was arrested around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26,2013 at the America's Best Value Inn located at I-20 and Hwy. 155 N."
