Agave Hot Fudge Sauce

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons agave nectar

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup whole milk

2 tablespoon butter

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Place sugar, agave, and 2 tablespoons water into a saucepan.  Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.  Boil without stirring until temperature of 265 degrees is reached, about 8 minutes.  Add cream, milk, and butter.  Whisk until butter is melted.  Remove from heat, add chocolate and whisk until melted and mixture is smooth.
