CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Police named a new sergeant for District Four on Monday.
Sgt. Michelle Phillips was given the oath of office by Cincinnati Interim Police Chief Paul Humphries. She is a graduate of Deer Park High School and a veteran who served in the United States Air Force for five years.
Sgt. Phillips has worked for the Cincinnati Police Department since July of 1997.
She is married to Officer Randy Phillips, who also serves in District Four.
