(FOX19) - An annual highway report conducted by the Reason Foundation ranked Ohio 25th in the nation in overall highway performance and efficiency.
Indiana highways faired a little better in the report, ranking in at 22 in the country and Indiana had the best score in the Tri-State with a rank of 14.
