(CNN) - Lululemon is being sued again in the wake of its sheer yoga pants scandal.

Investors filed a class action lawsuit Tuesday, accusing the company of defrauding shareholders.

The suit claims Lululemon Athletica hid defects in its black Luon yoga pants.

The retailer recalled the pants in March after determining they were too sheer.

The lawsuit seeks to recover damages from a 17 percent stock price plunge last month.

Lawyers did not respond to questions from CNN about the number of investors being represented, or the amount they're seeking in damages.

Lululemon also did not return calls from CNN.

A separate lawsuit filed in Delaware accuses the company of handing out executive bonuses just before the recall.
