(FOX19) - Get ready for another warm day ahead!
Sunny skies will be met with passing clouds for the afternoon today, and late this afternoon a pop up thunderstorm will be possible through sundown.
Changes to our weather pattern will begin today, as an east wind makes a shift to the south. This will bring hot and humid weather to the tristate for much of next week.
You'll begin to feel the humid airmass today, as highs reach the upper 80s, but feel like the low 90s.
This week we'll see low 90s for highs, but heat index values as high as 100.
Chances for rain remain slim this week, we'll keep skies mostly sunny to partly cloudy.
