CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Children's Hospital is one of the best in the country.
U.S. News and World Report released new rankings on Tuesday morning and has the hospital ranked as the best pediatric hospital for cancer care.
The hospital also ranked in the top three for other specialties, including orthopedics and urology.
Christ Hospital was also ranked number one in the Cincinnati metro area and number four in Ohio for its specialty care.
The Christ Hospital is nationally ranked for Orthopaedics (29), Geriatrics (29) and Diabetes & Endocrinology (31).
Jewish Hospital-Mercy Health was also named among the best hospitals in Ohio. The hospital was noted as high-performing in Cancer, Diabetes & Endocrinology, Gastroenterology & GI Surgery, Nephrology, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics and Pulmonology.
St. Elizabeth Edgewood has been ranked as the best hospital in Kentucky and one of the best hospitals for 2013-14 in Greater Cincinnati.
St. Elizabeth Healthcare had three hospitals ranked in the top ten in Greater Cincinnati and the overall number one hospital in Kentucky: St. Elizabeth Edgewood is ranked #1 in Kentucky and #4 in Cincinnati; St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas and St. Elizabeth Florence tied for #8 in both Cincinnati and Kentucky.
