Two teenage suspects who are accused of stealing an SUV with a 4-year-old child inside were in court on Friday morning.
The teens, whose names are not being released due to their ages, are charged with theft and kidnapping.
The teens are accused of stealing a vehicle at around 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning at the Speedway on Madison Pike in Fort Wright.
The vehicle was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Ft. Mitchell Kroger. The girl was found safe.
At around 6 a.m. police found the two suspects at the Fort Mitchell Driving Range. They were taken into custody.
The pair appeared in juvenile court on Friday morning and will face a transfer hearing at a later date to determine if they will be tried as adults.
