Man charged for cutting, biting victim

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - An Over-the-Rhine man is scheduled to appear in court on charges that he cut and bit a man during an attack in downtown Cincinnati.

Police say 66-year-old Jessie Johnson cut a victim with a knife and bit him on the arm after refusing to leave a store. The store is located in the 200 block of West 4th Street.

Johnson is facing felonious assault charges. His bond was set at $45,000 during an arraignment on Monday morning.
