Victim shot during Greenhills home invasion

GREENHILLS, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for three suspects after a victim was shot during a home invasion in Greenhills.

A shooting was reported just before 1:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Inman Lane. Upon arrival, officers found a 35-year-old male on the front porch of his home suffering a gunshot wound on his left side.

The victim told police a black male juvenile entered his home with two other suspects, one of which was carrying a long gun. 

He reported he was shot by one of the suspects before all three fled the scene on foot.

Police say the victim was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. His condition has not yet been released.

Authorities have interviewed several possible suspects in the incident, and it remains under investigation by Greenhills and Forest Park Police.
