Rollin on the River car show celebrates 24 years

SAYLOR PARK, OH (FOX19) -

Antique car owners took over Fernbank Park Sunday afternoon to raise funds for local food pantries and charitable groups to continue their missions.

The "Rollin'' on the River" car show was hosted by the Riverview-Delhi Kiwanis and brought in antique car owners and patrons to Fernbank Park from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. to support the 24th year of the event's existence.

Participants of this event were able to indulge in food, music, raffles. According to the event's official website, this year's event would provide more shade, shorter concession lines, and roving food and drink carts.

A ceremony was conducted at 3:30 p.m. to present awards to Best Corvette; Best Model; Best GTO; Best 55-57 Chevy; and the Riverview-Delhi Kiwanis Choice Award.

The show had more than 25 sponsors, including Lawrenceburg Chevrolet, Buckeye Land Title Company, and the Federal Equipment Company (FEC).
