Rusty Bucket's Thai Steak Salad

(FOX19) - Ingredients:

6 oz. marinated tenderloin

1/3 cup Napa cabbage

¼ cup mixed greens

Carrots, sliced matchstick

Cucumber, Julienned

Red Pepper, Julienned

Red Onion, Julienne

Bean Sprouts

¼ cup Cilantro, Julienne

3 Green Onions, Bias cut

¼ cup grilled Bok Choy

2 tablespoons edamame

10 pieces chopped pineapple

2 fresh mint leaves, torn

¼ cup udon noodles

1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted

8 leaves cilantro

2 tablespoons candied peanuts*

1/3 cup soy ginger dressing*

Sear steak on flat top grill and cook to desired temperature. In a mixing bowl, place all vegetables, half of the candied peanuts, mint, udon noodles and dressing. Toss to mix well. Top with the remaining peanuts. Cut steak against the grain and serve over salad. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
