A new toll-free number for New Jersey residents still traumatized by the Nine-Eleven attacks is up and running. State officials say round-the-clock counseling services will be offered. Counseling will come from mental health professionals and those directly affected by the attacks. The number will be advertised on radio and in newspapers, as well as in ferry, bus and rail stations. The state attorney general says one in five New Jersey residents feels "lingering effects" of the attacks. His office set up the hot line using a five million dollar federal grant. The number is 1-866-4-U-NJ-911.
