If you love free, local food, you will want to stop by Findlay Market on Friday.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is stepping up its support of local farmers' markets in conjunction with USDA National Farmers' Market Week, August 4-10.
On August 4, Chipotle will encourage Cincinnati shoppers to buy locally from their community farmers market by offering 300 market-goers at Findlay Market $5 currency tokens that are redeemable for food at the market.
Chipotle will also be on site to provide BOGO cards, cilantro growing kits and free tote bags.
Findlay Market is open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
Additional BOGO cards, cilantro growing kits and kids meal cards will also be distributed at this year's Ohio Valley Greenmarket, which is Sunday at Ault Park.
The Ohio Valley Green Market is free and open to the public and open to the public. Over 70 vendors and food trucks will be on hand showcasing sustainable businesses and organizations throughout Greater Cincinnati.
The greenmarket will be 11:00 until 5:00 at Ault Park.
