Moerlein Lager House's first ÜberDrome celebration in 2012 was described as an 'uber' success and drew thousands of people to Smale Riverfront Park.
Now, the ÜberDrome is back.
One of Cincinnati's largest Oktoberfest celebrations under one tent, the ÜberDrome is an authentic Munich-style
Oktoberfest fest tent with live music, games, theatrics and lots of scratch-made food and beer from Munich's Paulaner
Brauerei and Cincinnati's Christian Moerlein Brewing Co.
The honorary 'Burgermeisters' for 2013 are Jean-Robert de Cavel, known for his culinary achievements and Jean-Robert's Table restaurant, and Annette Pfund-de Cavel, a Munich, Germany native and catering account executive at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.
"Both Jean-Robert and Annette are very
involved in, and have made great contributions to the Greater Cincinnati
community," said Greg Hardman, CEO of Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. and
majority partner, Moerlein Lager House. "We're excited to honor them as
our Burgermeisters at the ÜberDrome celebration."
The ÜberDrome is free to enter. Food, beverages and desserts will be sold from a variety of vendors all day long.
Advance purchase VIP dinner and seating tickets
($50 each day Friday & Saturday, $40 Sunday) are available for a Moerlein Lager House ÜberDrome buffet, including
chicken and roast pork with sauerkraut, side dishes and dessert, and a
commemorative glass mug.
