A Georgia man facing charges in the decapitation of his friend is out of jail -- thanks to the friend's family, who pleaded on his behalf. John Hutcherson's bail was reduced to 50-thousand dollars in the case of vehicular homicide. Police say Hutcherson swerved while driving drunk last month with his friend, Francis Brohm, who was leaning out the truck window. A telephone support wire caught Brohm in the neck. A neighbor discovered Brohm's headless body in Hutcherson's truck the following morning.
