Attorney general investigating Hamilton prosecutor
The Ohio attorney general has started investigating a sexual harassment allegation against Hamilton County Prosecutor Mike Allen. The complaint was made by Rebecca Collins, an employee who says Allen coerced her into a four-year relationship. Allen says it was consensual. The situation has prompted Allen not to seek re-election, leaving no candidate on the ballot. A handful of candidates are seeking election as write-ins, including state Treasurer Joseph Deters. The attorney general's investigation is expected to take about a month and the findings will be made public.
