RIPLEY COUNTY, IN (FOX19) -

A motorcycle passenger was seriously injured after a near miss involving the motorcycle and an SUV.

It happened Friday around 1:30 p.m. on S.R. 101, north of E. County Road 100 S.

According to Indiana State Police, a 2004 Assembled Chopper motorcycle driven by 44-year-old John Mushong of Milan was headed northbound on S.R. 101. An SUV driven by 31-year-old Dustin Baylor of Milan, headed southbound, made a left turn to pull into a private drive in front of the motorcycle.
