Fire breaks out 2 doors down from previous night's blaze

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Hamilton Firefighters extinguished an overnight fire on Sunday two doors down from a similar structure fire on Saturday night.

Fire crews received reports of a structure fire around 1:30 a.m. early Sunday morning. Crews were dispatched to the 400 block of Charles Street.

Upon arrival, crews found a two-story vacant residence with fire on the first floor.

Crews say that this fire was just two doors down from a fire the fire department fought the previous night in the 500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Damage has been estimated at $15,000.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation
