Kentucky State Fair announces free parking locations

LOUISVILLE, KY (FOX19) -

Free parking is available for patrons who will attend the 2013 Kentucky State Fair from August 15 – August 25.

Fair administrators issued a parking alert for fairgoers who can park for free at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in the Green Lot off of Floyd Street or at The Five Dollar Lot off of Philips Lane. Both locations will provide a free shuttle service.

It is estimated that more than 3,000 parking spaces will be available in Lots B and C of the Green Lot.

Fairgoers can purchase Fair admission at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium or present advance discount tickets prior to boarding the shuttle.
