Police search for man possibly connected to Union Twp. fire

UNION TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A man is wanted for questioning after investigators determined the cause of an apartment fire may be due to items used in the production of meth found in an apartment building.

Union Township police are looking for Michael A. Foster, 30, regarding a fire at the Piccadilly Apartment Complex on Yarabee Trace.

Fire officials evacuated all the residents of the building. Witnesses say that a male fled the scene after the fire started and put items in a dumpster adjacent to the building.

Investigators later found paraphernalia and production items typically used in a meth lab in the dumpster where the man allegedly dropped items.

Foster is wanted for questioning and is believed to be injured from the fire. He is a white male, 6'1, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Fosters whereabouts should contact the Union Township Police at (513) 752-1230
