BLANCHESTER, OH (FOX19) - Two men have been arrested after police received tips that methamphetamine was being produced in a Blanchester garage.
Officers responded to the 400 block of South Mill Street on Wednesday morning where they served a search warrant.
Arrested at the scene were 33-year-olds Brian Jackson and Zachary Pence. Jackson, a resident of the home, has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine. Pence, of Lynchburg, Ohio, has been charged for obstructing official business. Police say Pence tried to prevent officers from entering the home.
Both Pence and Jackson have been booked into the Clinton County Jail.
Agents from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation were called to clear the meth lab. Evidence will be sent to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification lab in London, Ohio for examination.
