Vacant home being rehabbed catches fire in Price Hill
PRICE HILL (FOX19) -
Emergency crews called to a vacant house fire Wednesday afternoon in Price Hill.
It was reported just after 3:30 p.m. on Rosemont Avenue near Glenway Avenue.
Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke on the first and second floors of the two-story vacant home. According to the Cincinnati Fire Department (CFD), it took more than 30 minutes to bring the fire under control.
CFD says the building was in the middle of being rehabbed.
No injuries were reported. Damage has been estimated at $15,000.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by CFD's Investigative Unit.
