WALNUT HILLS, OH ( FOX19) - A car fire in Walnut Hills has caused heavy damage to a vehicle and an adjacent building.
Fire crews were called to the 900 block of Sharkey Lane around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night following reports of a car fire.
Crews arriving on the scene reported a car fire with fire extending into a nearby building.
Firefighters were able to confine the fire to the car and the outside of the building within 15 minutes.
Authorities say that all occupants had exited the nearby building prior to the fire department's arrival. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Damage has been estimated at $20,000 to the car and $2,500 to the building.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
