Olympians take center stage at AVP Cincinnati Open

The stars of the AVP Cincinnati Open continue their quest for crown of the Queen City's professional beach volleyball tournament title.

The three-day tournament culminates with the tournament finals Monday night at the Lindner Family Tennis Center.

The competitors – including three-time Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh, gold medalists Phil Dalhausser and Todd Rogers, silver medalists April Ross and Jen Kessy and two-time Olympians Jake Gibb and Sean Rosenthal – will all take to the sand courts at the Tennis Center for main draw competition on Saturday to determine who will move on to the semi-finals and championship match on Labor Day.

Tickets for Saturday's night session that was postponed due to inclement weather will be honored all day on Sunday.

The six matches that were not played Saturday are being played Sunday morning. Matches are now scheduled to be played through approximately 9 p.m.
