Advisor to city's pension system arrested in prostitution sting

(FOX19) - An investment advisor for Cincinnati's pension system has been fired by retirement trustees following his arrest in a prostitution sting.

James Bisenius, 62, was one of nine people arrested in Sherwood, Oregon. He was jailed the evening of August 29.

Bisenius is the chief executive officer and founder of Common Sense Investment Management,LLC. The company manages about 5% of the City of Cincinnati's assets.

He's been charged with patronizing a prostitute. Bisenius faces up to a year in prison and a $5,000 fine if convicted.
