Man pleads guilty to Lockland men's murder

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County man pleads guilty to two 2012 manslaughters.

Joshua Lee, 26, plead guilty to the shooting deaths of Michael and Bartholomew Gertz. The Gertzes were shot and killing during a robbery on Central Avenue back in September of 2012.

A few weeks after the crime, a Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted a suspect in the case, Joshua Lee, then 25.

A warrant was issued for Lee and he was arrested in October of 2012 and charged with two counts of aggravated murder.

Lee is listed as a repeat violent offender, so he wasn't allowed to carry a gun per Ohio law.

In late of August of this year, Lee pled guilty to the lesser charges of two counts of voluntary manslaughter.

Lee, now 26, is set to serve 25 years in prison. Once he's out of prison, he will have to report to a parole officer.
