CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are investigating two robberies reported near the University of Cincinnati campus.
The first happened Monday around 11 p.m. in the 3200 block of Jefferson Avenue in Corryville. Police say two suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint and punched her.
They were both described as black males, approximately 5'8" tall and 160 pounds.
The second robbery happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Stratford Avenue in Clifton Heights. According to UC Police, the suspect grabbed money from the victim's hand and attempted to punch him.
Police say a suspect was later arrested in connection with this crime, however it was not clear if they were also involved in the earlier offense on Jefferson.
