Jeanne Now A Tropical Depression

Jeanne now a tropical depression

Tropical Storm Jeanne is now a tropical depression. It's been moving through Georgia, heading northward, with maximum winds that are now clocked at about 35 miles an hour.

Forecasters say the storm could bring four to eight inches of rain -- and even higher amounts in some areas. They're also warning of possible isolated thunderstorms from eastern Georgia through southern North Carolina.

When it was a hurricane, Jeanne left six people dead in Florida, and knocked out power to two and a-half  million homes and businesses.
