The transformation of
29-year-old Angela Yeo didn't happen overnight.
"There are no cupcake
workouts," said Yeo. "I lift heavy. I lift as often as I can."
It is the life of a competitive

"It's such a rush and it's
so much work getting there," she said. "It's just so much pride and it's like -

You may think a competitive
figure builder would probably work out at a big gym, but in reality, Angela works
out at home with her treadmill, some weights, and a couple key pieces of
"A lot of tried and
true methods are that way because they work," she explained.
It's the life of a
competitive figure builder, and it's a life that's just perfect for Angela Yeo.
