CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A fight broke out in downtown Cincinnati courtroom between Sammy Grifin and murder suspect, Byron Frazier on Tuesday.
On Christmas Day of last December, police were called to a home on Penrose Place, just off of Boudinot Avenue around 8:00 p.m.
When they arrived, police say they found Grifin's 20-year-old daughter, Kyila Shields, dead from gunshot wounds. Police on scene say the Shields was a mother, who'd recently had a baby.
Officials say Grifin attacked Frazier in court by punching him the face.
Grifin is now out on O.R. bond and is ordered to stay away from Frazier.
