FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - A man is facing charges after undercover cops delivered a package containing three pounds of marijuana to a Fairfield home.
According to the Butler County Sheriff's Office, the package was shipped to the 5300 block of Boehm Drive on Thursday from an address in California.
Authorities say once it was delivered and accepted by the person it was addressed to, identified as Robert Lee, officers arrested Lee and executed a search warrant at the home.
Lee was charged with drug possession, a third degree felony.
Authorities say Lee claimed to live in West Virginia and was only visiting the area for a couple days. The permanent resident of the address told investigators that his son lives in California but he was unaware of what had happened.
