TYLER, TX (KLTV) - The Tyler Police Department has issued several warrants for two suspects in connection with the burglary of coin-operated machines in East Texas.

According to police, those suspects have been identified as 35-year-old Michael Robert Ward and 42-year-old Tracy Lynn Mallewick, both of Canton. Investigators believe that these two are responsible for multiple burglaries. Their latest burglary occurred Sunday night at the Holiday Inn Express located at 3247 W. Gentry Parkway.

According to Tyler Police, the pair works together to use a tool to compromise the locks on hotel vending machines. Then, they take off with the money that's inside.

The pair are traveling in a maroon two-door 2002 Mercury Cougar with Texas license plate number BM2M786. Recent surveillance video indicates that Ward now has a shaved head. Their last known residence is in Canton.

Tyler Police say the two are also wanted in Marshall, Lindale and Dallas County.

Anyone with information regarding the location of these two suspects is asked to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000 or Crime Stoppers at 903-597-CUFF (2833).
