Suspect arrested after SWAT standoff near Seton HS

PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) - A murder suspect was taken into custody Tuesday after a standoff situation near Seton High School in Price Hill.

Ghazzali Ebn Abdur Rashid, 23, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon

Officers were attempting to arrest the suspect at the Cedar Grove apartment building on Beech Avenue, however the man refused to come outside.
