CENTERVILLE, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati-area volleyball instructor has been accused of an alleged sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl in Centerville and will appear in Court on Friday.
Joshua Fisher, 29, was arrested in October after an investigation by the Centerville Police Department. Police said the incidents reportedly happened between September and October of 2013 in Fisher's car.
According to police, Fisher was a self-employed volleyball instructor and the alleged victim was one of his students.
Fisher has also served as the Lakota East girls' junior varsity volleyball coach for the last two seasons. He's been placed on administrative leave.
He was arrested at his Cincinnati home and charged with five counts of sexual battery and one count of sexual imposition.
Fisher's is scheduled to appear in court in Dayton today.
