TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Angela Steinfurth, the mother of 1-year-old Elaina Steinfurth whose body was found in an east Toledo garage, faced a judge Wednesday. Her case has been continued - again.

Her appearance was a continuation of her pretrial hearing last month. She has waived her right to a speedy trial.

Family of Elaina Steinfurth say they are prepared to wait to see justice served.

"There's cases that take years to go through the court system, so, I mean, to just sit back and have patience is all we can do," said TJ Steinfurth, Elaina's father.

Steinfurth is currently charged with obstruction of justice. She is being held on a $100,000 bond at the Lucas County Jail.

Steinfurth's former boyfriend, Steven King, is also being charged with obstruction of justice. He joins her at the Lucas County Jail, on a $250,000 bond.

Elaina Steinfurth was reported missing June 2. Her body was found in a box on Federal Street in a garage belonging to the King family Sept 5. So far, no one has been charged with Elaina's death.

"I just feel that, I don't know which one actually did what, but I feel they both know," said Elaina's grandfather Terry Steinfurth. "In my eyes, they are both just as guilty."

Steinfurth is due back in court Nov. 20.  King is slated to appear next week.  The family says every time King and Steinfurth are there, they will be, too.

"I'll be here until it's over, and I'm not going to quit. I'm not going to give up," TJ said.  "You know, the fight for justice, we just got to keep going."
