The Legend of Zelda Symphony coming to Music Hall

Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses" tour is coming to Cincinnati on Sunday, October 27.   

"The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses" is a concert tour featuring live orchestral performances of theme music from Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda franchise.

The acclaimed concert experience, presented by Princeton Entertainment, will make its way to Cincinnati Music Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 27.

Since its first series debut over 25 years ago, The Legend of Zelda has quickly become one of Nintendo's best selling games of all time.

The game centers on the primary character, Link, who is given the task of overcoming various obstacles in order to save Princess Zelda.

Music Hall will be featuring music from several classic Zelda storylines including, Ocarina of Time, The Wind Maker, Twilight Princess and A Link to the Past.  The performances will also highlight musical renditions from Link's Awakening and Majora's Mask.

Tickets range between $30-$75 and are on sale now at www.CincinnatiArts.org and the Aronoff Center and Music Hall ticket offices.

"Zelda has achieved legendary status and has become a part of the fabric of video game culture," says Jason Michael Paul, CEO of Jason Michael Paul Productions, which is producing the concert tour. "For fans as well as music lovers in Cincinnati, this is truly a special opportunity," adds Paul.

Guests can enjoy their favorite moments from the game, carefully timed with an orchestral score approved by Nintendo sound director and franchise composer, Koji Kondo.
