OTR man indicted for murder of high school freshman

OVER THE RHINE, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted an Over-the-Rhine man on murder and other felony charges in connection with a shooting in South Fairmount earlier this month.

Julius White, 24, faces charges of aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping and felonious assault.

Police found 14-year-old Dwayne Lamarr Lewis Jr. unresponsive near the intersection of Knox Street and Blaine Road on Oct. 15. Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a freshman at Aiken College & Career High School in College Hill.

Cincinnati Police arrested White four days later.
