A Dayton man failed to return to the Warren County Jail after a funeral furlough on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
Sherman Edmonds was granted the furlough by the Warren County Common Pleas Court to attend the funeral of a family member.
He was required to return to the jail at 4:30 p.m. Officers say he failed to return.
Investigators have checked his last known address but have not been able to locate him.
Edmonds was being held on a felony theft charge. He now faces an additional felony charge of Escape.
