Delhi man accused of pointing gun at officer

DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Delhi Township man accused of pointing a gun at an officer appeared in court Monday morning.

Officers responded to an incident on Sunday in the 4900 block of Assisi Lane. Court documents state 22-year-old Casey Pahner pointed the gun at his father and a responding police officer.

Authorities said Pahner wanted police to shoot him.

His father and the officer were able to control the situation before anyone was hurt.

Pahner was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. He's been charged with two counts of aggravated menacing.
