CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Former Cincinnati Bengal Nate Webster had his sentence officially reduced today in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court from 12 years to 10 years.
In September, the Ohio 1st District Court of Appeals ruled that prosecutors didn't prove one of four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor which Webster was convicted of in April 2012.
Webster had sex with a girl in 2009 when she was 15. Webster said she was 16, Ohio's legal age of consent.
Webster, 35, appeared before Judge Ralph "Ted' Winkler today.
Webster played linebacker in a nine-year NFL career with the Buccaneers, Bengals and Broncos. His last season was 2008.
