Police arrest suspect in shooting at Westwood apartment complex

WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

On November 22, 2013, at 9:57 p.m., District Three police officers responded to 2651 Wendee Drive for a shooting. 

Officers located the victim in the apartment complex hallway.  He was pronounced dead on the scene. 

The victim has been identified as Marshall James Frazier, 44 years of age. 

On November 23, 2013, District Five officers arrested Mark McGee, 25 years of age.  He has been charged with Murder in the death of Frazier. 

This investigation is on-going by the Homicide Unit. FOX19 will continue to update the story as more information becomes available.
