WASHINGTON (FOX/CNN) - In cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Ikea is recalling children's wall lamps following the death of a toddler. Another child has been hurt.
In each case, the lamp cord was pulled into the crib, creating a strangulation hazard.
People who have these lamps are urged to make sure the cord is out of reach of children. You may also contact Ikea for a free repair kit.
Eight models of the children's wall lamps are being recalled. Click below to see which ones.
