CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Santa's got a brand new ride.
The big man landed on the roof of UC Medical Center on Thursday afternoon. However, instead of riding with his eight loyal reindeer, Santa chose a different means of transportation.
Santa took a chopper and landed on the Helipad at UC Medical Center.
While his elves were hard at work, Santa visited some of the tiny patients at UC Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as they were unable to spend Christmas at home.
Many of these patients are so tiny, they are weighed in grams, some weighing no more than a soda can. Their siblings are unable to attend the NICU to visit with them.
Assisting Santa was UC's very own Bearcat elf. The UC Health medical staff organized a holiday party as the crew spread Christmas cheer.
