KENNEDY HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are investigating a double-fatal accident involving three vehicles early Wednesday in the 6500 block of Montgomery Road.
Police said Orion Finnigan, 28, was driving a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon west on Montgomery Road when his vehicle struck the rear of a 2009 Honda Civic traveling west on Montgomery Road. Christopher Broadus, 27, was driving the Honda Civic.
After striking Broadus' vehicle, Finnigan's vehicle veered left of center and struck a 2010 Ford Fusion traveling east on Montgomery Road. Arnold Curtis Jr., 78, was driving the Ford Fusion.
Finnigan was ejected from his vehicle, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said Finnigan was not wearing his seat belt.
Curtis suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was wearing his seat belt.
Broadus, who was wearing his seat belt, was not injured.
Police said speed and impairment appear to be factors in the crash that happened at approximately 12:12 a.m. Wednesday.
The accident remains under investigation. Witnesses are asked to call police at 513-352-2514.
