Two people are in the hospital after their SUV collided with a box truck on I-75.
It happened in the northbound lanes around 8 p.m. between 275 and Union Center Blvd.
Authorities say a box truck experienced mechanical malfunction and came off of the ramp from 275 to northbound 75. The box truck veered across all four lanes and struck an SUV.
Officials removed the two occupants from the SUV and they were taken to West Chester Hospital where their injuries are reportedly non-life threatening.
The driver of the box truck was treated for a shoulder injury.
Traffic was stopped on 75 North as all lanes at the scene were closed. They reopened an hour after the accident.
