CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A local family hosted a fundraiser for their 3-year-old, Ryleigh Clark, who has been diagnosed with neuroblastoma.

Clark has stage 4 neuroblastoma and was diagnosed at Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN in October.

Neuroblastoma is a rare cancerous tumor that develops from the nerve tissue. Clark's symptoms included fatigue, fever, and limping from a hairline fracture in her leg caused by neuroblastoma.

Approximately 650 children under the age of 5 are diagnosed with Neuroblastoma each year. It's also the most common form of cancer found in children under 7 and nearly half of cases occur in children under 2.
