Cincinnati Ballet offers alternative way to stay in shape

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - If packed gyms aren't for you, there's a different kind of exercise you might want to try out in 2014.

Cincinnati Ballet Instructor Heather Britt tells FOX19 that their Rhythm & Motion class is for dancers and non-dancers who just want to get in a great workout.

The class is a high energy dance workout class that incorporates many dance styles including hip hop, African, Latin, contemporary and more.

During this week, new students can try out classes for free and current students (18 years of age and older) can take class for free when bringing a new student.
