KENTON COUNTY, KY (FOX19) - Due to this week's frigid temperatures, a lot of school districts in the Tri-State are playing it safe.
FOX19's Dan Wells tells FOX19 that Kenton Co. School District is on a two hour delay because of issues with weather and buses.
Kenton Co. would have had school yesterday but they tell Wells that 25 out of 130 buses just wouldn't start because of the frigid temperatures.
Wells tells FOX19 that bus drivers and mechanics are on site trying to fix the problem in order to get the students to school.
Kenton Co. hopes to get the kids school by 9:30 a.m. this morning.
