Police: 4 suspects rob UC student near campus

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Police are searching for four suspects after a University of Cincinnati student was punched and robbed near campus.

Authorities say that the robbery happened around 9 p.m. Sunday night at the intersection of McMillan Street and Vine. Authorities say that the victim did not report the offense until Monday morning.

The victim tells police that he was approached by four suspects, who punched him and took his personal property.

The suspects have been described as black males between the ages of 18 and 23. The victim says all of the suspects had an athletic build. Three of them were approximately 6-feet tall and the fourth was approximately five-foot-seven.

Police say the suspects were wearing black knit caps, black hooded sweatshirts and black pants.
